I tried to consistently walk 10,000 steps every day, for a few months and this is what happened

The beginning of the journey.

I downloaded Strava and found the motivation to begin and improve my fitness. The gym isn't something that I enjoy. So of course daily walks would be the answer. I have never tried to mathematically count my activity in this detail so this will be an interesting journey.

My goal is to walk 10k -15k steps per day.

I have took several screenshots of the recorded the data from my Health App.

The proof Nov-Dec

As you can see I tried to make up for my failure to complete a 10k day. I would like to have at least a 10k baseline and include this in daily activities, work, etc...

I feel like I failed this month so from 18.12.2024 to 18.01.2025 I will continue this exercise.

Steady improvements.

The proof Feb-Apr

I recently discovered that if I do a quick exercise at home I can get arond 10k steps monitored. I plan for Apr-May to get the baseline up and aim for 20k if I have a good amount of energy. Overall, I am doing more steps daily than last year.
