How do I reduce stress levels?

When I need to reduce stress from the constant overthinking that I have from completing a variety of tasks I seem to navigate to meditation. Which normally means when I sit down by myself and close my eyes with a YouTube video in the background (My favorite go-to is usually gentle rain sounds).

This procedure relaxes my mind to a clear state with no cluttered thoughts. This makes me happier and makes my mood for the day more positive or helps me drift of to sleep quicker at night. When you want to clear your mind you shouldn't need to pay a huge fee to make the hard times disappear. It comes down to the individual and how they organize their time, how much effort they put into making a space for themselves to take a break.

What does this mindset mean for progression?

When you pinpoint where your problems lie, whether this is being too overwhelmed with work, or health implications that become very stressful. Listening to sounds that are natural is a great way to clear the head, soothe stress pains, and bring more inner peace.
